1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Zhejiang Jiuhe Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the jiuhemotor.com website (the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. 3. Product Information & Specifications

The information provided on the Site regarding our electric motors, including but not limited to technical specifications, performance curves (such as RPM limits and torque-speed data), testing standards (e.g., UL, CE, CCC), and material descriptions (e.g., SECC, resin packing), is for general informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or specification at any time without prior notice.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are strictly accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Specific product performance and compliance are subject to the terms of the final negotiated sales contract and technical drawings agreed upon by both parties.

4. Inquiries, RFQs, and Orders

Submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), contact form, or any other inquiry through the Site does not constitute a legally binding sales contract. All quotations provided via email or site communications are estimates and are subject to final confirmation. A binding agreement is only formed upon the mutual execution of a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• (1) all registration or inquiry information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
• (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary;
• (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
• (4) you are not accessing the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise, for the purpose of scraping data or competitive intelligence.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF. Product warranties for our manufactured motors are strictly governed by the specific terms outlined in your individual Sales Contract, not by any information presented on this Site.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be resolved through friendly negotiations; if negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Zhejiang, China.
